Shrednbutter.com products can be shipped to all European Union members.
We ship to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faerøer Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Lichtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom
Please note we have different shipping rates for EU islands which belong to EU members.

As you are completing the delivery address details in the order process, please take care to add an address where there will always be someone to receive your parcel (your work, an office, a friend's house, your parents). The consignment will be delivered during working hours (09.00 - 18.00). There is a section on our delivery form for special delivery instructions, where you can give us specific information. Your order will be sent by DHL.
If you are not there to receive your consignment on the first delivery the courier will try to deliver your order the next day. If you are not there on the second attempt to deliver (or there is nobody else to receive the consignment for you) a card will be left with the couriers contact details and a pickup address where you can collect your consignment yourself.
You have 5 working days to pick up your consignment at your local DHL depot. If you do not pick up your consignment from the depot within 5 working days your order will be sent back to ShrednButter.com in the Netherlands at your costs.
All Shrednbutter deliveries are packed and processed with the utmost efforts to minimize garbage and damage to the environment.

Shrednbutter.com will do everything possible to ship to you as quickly as possible. Our goal is to deliver between 2 to 5 working days, depending on your location.
Please note the following days our courier delivers:
Monday to Friday between working hours (09.00 - 18.00) and not on local holidays.
Please take care to fill in the shipping address completely and correctly. There must be someone at the address during office hours. Please make sure that we have your email address and phone numbers, so that we can contact you if there is a problem with delivery. If we fail to ship you within 14 days, you are entitled to refuse delivery and the goods will be returned to us.

1) How can I pay?
Mastercard and Visa
Pay with Master card or Visa card through the shrednbutter website.
The internationally used method of online payment is also possible for all customers.
Customers from The Netherlands can pay with Ideal through the shrednbutter website.
Customers in Germany can pay with Giropay through the shrednbutter website.
Belgian customers can pay with Mr.Cash.

Customers can pay in advance before shipping by contacting our customer service department.

2) Is my payment safe?
Yes, we will take good care of you and your money. Customer satisfaction is our number 1 priority. Your bank and credit card details are securely encrypted and cannot be accessed by anyone else.
3) When will my order be delivered?
When you have completed the order process the product(s) will be packed the same day and shipped from our warehouse. All products on the website are in stock and can be processed immediately. We deliver between 2 to 5 working days depending on your location. You will always be clearly informed of transport costs. We deliver Monday to Friday between office hours and not on local holidays.
4) Can I return the goods?
There are two reasons for returning an item:
Warranties cover all manufacturing defects. Please contact our customer service department to request a return form. Fill it in clearly and explain why you think your return is a warranty issue. (We may ask you to send a photo and description of the problem before returning the item).
If we authorize your claim, we will arrange a pick up for the consignment. You must package the item(s) and DHL will collect the parcel at a convenient time for you. They will provide the delivery documentation with the return address. DO NOT send us products in advance. We will not accept returns without prior authorization and a completed warranty return form. If the warranty is approved by our returns department the cost of the good(s) will be re reimbursed.
Please note that the product may need to be returned to the manufacturer or distributor for evaluation. This may delay the process. Please be sure that shrednbutter’s intention is to deal with your claim as quickly as possible.
If the item is unsuitable you must return the item in the same condition that it reached you. You must send the product back to shrednbutter’s returns address within 10 days, at your own cost. The money you paid for the product will be reimbursed to you as soon as possible and certainly within 30 days.
5) I’m not sure whether my return is a warranty issue?
Warranties are issued for either manufacturing or material defects. Any damage or flaw due to general wear and tear is not covered in our warranty program. Action Sports involves heavy usage of materials. Manufacturers and product designers in our industry are constantly working to improve the products and materials we use on the mountain. Shrednbutter works hard for our customers to ensure that every item we sell is at a high level of quality. If you are unsure about the problem being a valid claim we may ask you to send a photo and description of the issue and we will advise you before returning the item.
The following issues are not covered by warranty:
Damage to product through general wear and tear
The Shrednbutter returns department are experienced snowboard retailers and fair assessors of returns issues. Shrednbutter reserves the right to decide whether a claim is a result of general wear and tear, or a true manufacturer’s defect.
Electronics damaged by extreme usage
Electronics suffer damage whilst riding, especially in extreme weather conditions, or in the park. If you use the product beyond the limits of what it is intended for it will not be eligible for warranty.
Color bleeding or shrinkage after washing
Please take care to follow washing instructions carefully. We cannot take responsibility if washing instructions are not followed correctly. This is not covered by warranty.
Damaged fabric or seams
If your clothing is damaged due to regular contact with metal board edges this not covered by warranty.
If a product is damaged as a result of a collision with an obstacle it will not be warrantied. Please try to avoid hitting trees or other objects whilst riding.
